Our Era

There is a time of change! There are changes that come along with the time. Time is always ahead of you. You find sometimes yourself unprepared when facing what time brings along. Three months are gone, and I keep myself in here. Here, in this Greenland where everything seems wrecked due to the extreme consuming. The sun pretty much doesn’t heat these people just give them an hello, from time to time. There’s neither summer nor winter, there is rather rain that keeps it cycle along the years. The standard of life it’s high, as well as their consuming. 

Some of those I have met here so far are surrounded by high speed performers. It seems to me, that there is no meaning of tomorrow when I try figure what do those performers think. I wonder sometimes, when I find myself thinking, what it’s about to happen when this fall will be over. All over the world, recession became the most spoken word, in all its time of existence. It came slowly, and softly started to be spoken in some countries. Nowadays around Europe, America, Asia and Oceania, well in the civilized countries, recession became the most spoken word. These countries which keep business within them: smell of recession period! 

I wonder if this is going to be the epilogue of new millennium. We are at some years ahead of the turn over time. Before that a lot of people had the thought that something dread would happen. But by the time that the calendar had changed to 2000 everyone celebrated the beginning of a new millennium. Now, the truth is that new millennium came along on 1/1/2001. The third millennium of our era! 

I certainly don’t believe but I don’t regret thinking about it: this is the machine millennium! This is the millennium which human beings will lose their feelings, without noticing! This is the millennium where drugs will feed humans although they used to be fed with food years ago, in the past millennium. This is the millennium of a human race’s end.
